State premium mare Lady Larissa is the first foal out of her extremely successful dam state premium mare Caprice. There are only state premium mares in Caprice's pedigree. She descends from the famous foundation stock of Manfred Schäfer. When she was one year old, we chose Caprice for breeding purposes with the objective of mating her systematically to Landadel later on. This was an excellent decision that repeatedly proved to be worthwhile later! State premium mare Caprice gave birth to first-class foals in series. Her offspring are advanced level performance horses. Caprice passed on her exceptional capability and her prepotency to her daughter Lady Larissa.
Lady Larissa's foals frequently won often selected foal shows.

State premium mare Lady Larissa presented not only the champion mare in the division of seven-year-old mares and elder, she and her progeny won the mare family competition, too.
The mare family competition was the highlight of the show event, and the motto was “Ladies first”. The noble Lady Larissa by Landadel, her daughter First Lady by Florestan and First Lady’s daughter Royal Lady by Royal Highness formed the trio.
Lady Larissa is an absolutely exceptional mare. Her capability and her beauty can hardly be topped. Successful horses descend from top-class foundation stocks. Winning mare, awarded at the Louis-Wiegel- and Ratje-Niebuhr-Show. With her dam state premium mare Caprice and her sister state premium mare Wisconsin, Lady Larissa won the title “Elite Winning Family” at a regional show in Sottrum in 2001 and in Tarmstedt in 2003 and 2004.
State premium mare Larissa won various riding horse ability classes. She ranked third at the National Championships in Hanover.
